Products and solutions will encounter issues, and we ensure that the correct support and maintenance agreements are set in place to achieve the uptime needs of our clients. We bring a wealth of knowledge to planning conversations to ensure that the total lifecycle of purchases is considered and agreed. We continue our vendor agnostic approach offering vendor direct or qualified third party support packages.
Dispose
All products and solutions will eventually reach a point when they need to be disposed and we work with appropriate recycling and disposal partners to ensure that equipment is disposed with the appropriate paperwork. We are committed to the environment and maintain accreditations such as ISO 14001:2015 to highlight its importance.
