 We have a defined engagement process for working with our corporate customers. Account Setup – We make the process of setting up your account as easy as possible. Our accounts department will liaise with yours to gather all the information we need to set up your account and attach a trading limit. If there is any issues with this process we will offer suggestions and alternative ways of working.

Account Manager Assigned – We initially assign a “scoping” account manager that understands your business and the way that you work. This allows us to put the right type of account manager to assist you. This can mean that you have a rapid response account manager for customers that place lots of orders, and need quick quote turnaround, or a more senior account manager for customers that specialise or standardise in a specific way.

Technical Manager Assigned – We assign a technical account manager to all accounts, to ensure that we are offering the appropriate solutions to each customer. The purpose here is not to bother you on a daily basis, but rather make sure that someone with the right skills understands your account.

Director level Access – The directors within The TI Group are highly involved in the running of the business and hence are always available to discuss client needs or issues. We have hierarchy within the business to increase customer service not detach from our customers.
