We are able to set up education and public sector clients with 30 day trading terms within 2 hours. Business customers can take a little longer to be security checked and set up, and are usually set up within 4 hours.
This form needs to be completed by a member of the accounts team, or someone with the responsibility of setting up suppliers. Please complete the information to the best of your knowledge. Credit terms will be arranged for you on the basis of the information below. We have a normal SLA of 4 hours to complete account setup and credit allocation.
In some circumstances, the credit will be rejected by the authorising bank, and we will discuss your options with you directly. Payment upfront via bank transfer will still be accepted to release urgent orders.
Note : We do not currently provide credit terms for customers outside of the UK. This includes customers in the Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.
